We are looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through first weeks of employment
• Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hire documentation is completed accurately and timely
• Enter and maintain employee information in the payroll and HR systems
• New Hire Orientation scheduling and facilitation in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks, MVR, drug testing, and employment verification
• Partner with IT and hiring managers to ensure equipment, system access, and workspace readiness
• Conduct new hire follow-ups during the first week and first month
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Support HR projects such as open enrollment, employee surveys, training coordination, and recognition programs
• Offboarding processes and employment verifications
• Respond to employee questions regarding onboarding, payroll, and basic benefits inquiries
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Experience: 0–2 years of administrative or HR experience preferred

Office Roles:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Climate-controlled office environment with varying temperatures
Occasional travel to jobsites with exposure to fluctuating weather conditions
Shop & Field Roles:
Work performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, ranging from freezing temperatures to heat above 90°F, in both wet and dry conditions
Work may be performed in confined spaces
Exposure to odors, gases, dust, and dirt
Noise levels ranging from moderate to loud
Frequent lifting and carrying of 10-60 pounds; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
Frequent overhead reaching and lifting
Majority of time spent standing, crawling, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Manual labor, including hand digging as needed
Some Saturday work is required; Sundays are rarely needed
