We are looking to hire an experienced ERP Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Spectrum ERP Administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spectrum-related support tickets, triaging and resolving issues.
• Administer user access, security permissions, and system configuration, applying appropriate controls to reduce risk.
• Coordinate with the Spectrum vendor and IT on troubleshooting, upgrades, and escalations.
• Support department power users with appropriate self-service access while maintaining system integrity.
Reporting & Analytics
• Write and optimize SQL queries against Spectrum and related databases to support reporting needs.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, partnering with the Data & Automation team.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing Spectrum-adjacent reports, and rebuild those that no longer meet business needs.
Automation & Integrations
• Support API integrations and system connectivity between Spectrum and other business applications.
• Develop Power Query solutions and contribute to broader automation projects.
• Contribute to Data & Automation team initiatives and the Spectrum project backlog.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Document key processes, administrative procedures, and reporting logic to build institutional knowledge and reduce risk from staff transitions.
• Maintain clear, current documentation so work is transparent, maintainable, and easy to hand off.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, basic performance considerations).
• Interest or experience in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Power Query).
• Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts, or strong aptitude to learn them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort learning a new enterprise system through training, documentation, and vendor support.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with all departments.
• Prior ERP experience — particularly with Viewpoint Spectrum — is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable balancing reactive support work with longer-term projects.
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience - Preferably with SQL, reporting/BI tools, or systems administration — through prior roles, internships, coursework, or personal projects. Prior ERP or Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus, but not required.

Office Roles:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Climate-controlled office environment with varying temperatures
Occasional travel to jobsites with exposure to fluctuating weather conditions
Shop & Field Roles:
Work performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, ranging from freezing temperatures to heat above 90°F, in both wet and dry conditions
Work may be performed in confined spaces
Exposure to odors, gases, dust, and dirt
Noise levels ranging from moderate to loud
Frequent lifting and carrying of 10-60 pounds; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
Frequent overhead reaching and lifting
Majority of time spent standing, crawling, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Manual labor, including hand digging as needed
Some Saturday work is required; Sundays are rarely needed
